Andrew Kleppinger is a civil trial attorney whose practice includes representing businesses and individuals involved in disputes with motor vehicle manufacturers as a Florida lemon law attorney. He has been a Florida lemon law attorney since opening his own law office in 2010.
Andrew has been a lawyer and member of the Florida Bar since 2003. He is licensed to practice law throughout the State of Florida and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Before opening his own law office, Andrew represented local municipalities and public employees in civil rights disputes. He also spent time defending the interests of corporations and business owners in personal injury and property damage claims.
Andrew earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. During law school, he took part in the Summer Study Program at University College London. He also worked as an intern for a Miami civil litigation law firm. Before law school, Andrew earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from James Madison University. As an undergraduate student, he enrolled in JMU’s Semester in Washington, D.C., Program. While living in Washington, D.C., Andrew worked full-time in constituent relations for the D.C. office of a congressman from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
